Sole charge, daily, Nanny-Housekeeper / Family Assistant required to care for two children.

Start date: Ideally by mid November 2026
Days required: Monday to Friday ideally, although Friday afternoons are often not required, but still paid.
Hours required: Term time 2 or 3 x 7am to 9am and 2:30pm to 7pm AND 2 or 3 x 7am to 7pm. Non term time 4 or 5 x 7am to 7pm, although Mum typically works shorter days during non term time.
This position would be in two parts - Housekeeping on the mornings of the full days and childcare from 3pm to 7pm.
Two children aged 7 years and 10 years old at commencement of employment.
This is a sole charge position for a busy professional family, where both parents travel and work a mixture of from London, and from their home office, which is separate from the house and therefore relish the support of a reliable Nanny.
The property is rural, and set in wonderful grounds that includes a swimming pool, natural swimming lake and woodland.
This position would be suited to a kind, fun, loving, nanny who is both organised and efficient, and enjoys spending time with older children. Someone who understands the children work hard at school during the week, and just need a light hearted supportive environment at home. The children thrive under routine and structure, very much enjoy the outdoors and both play instruments.
Duties to include but not limited to, taking and collecting the children from school / after school activities, keeping on top of a tidy house, cooking for the children, family laundry, picking up / putting away food shopping, running errands, supporting the children with their homework. During non term time the children would look to the Nanny to plan activities and arrange play dates, trips out etc for days when they are not attending sports / activitiy clubs.
This family have a pet free home.
Driver essential, duty car provided.
This family are open to considering a Nanny looking to take their own child to work with them so long as the logistics work.
With all Elizabeth Henry Nanny placements, applicants require at least 2 years professional experience, a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate and at least two checkable written references or contact details for verbal references to be undertaken.
